Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is great and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I faced issues with service that really dampened my stay. The dining options were limited and not very exciting, and the parking situation was a real hassle. It’s a beautiful place but definitely not without its flaws.
I had a fantastic 9-day stay at the Quin Central Park. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Central Park, 5th Avenue, and the museums. The room was spacious and comfy overall, although the sofa bed was a bit hard for my daughter. The staff, especially Michael, the concierge, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I did encounter some minor housekeeping issues, which affected the overall experience a bit.
My stay at the hotel was quite a letdown, considering I expected a five-star experience. The room was uncomfortably small with very little space for luggage, and the bathroom lacked adequate counter space. On the upside, the location was fantastic, providing easy access to many attractions. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was a significant drawback, making it hard to sleep at night.
The hotel is quite nice, with spacious and comfortable rooms that feature great beds and some lovely artwork. While the staff was friendly, they did come off a bit awkward at times. Unfortunately, there is ongoing construction nearby which can be bothersome, and some aspects of the hotel, like the shower design and towel replacements, could use improvement. Overall, it serves as a decent option, but I wouldn't recommend it unless the construction is cleared up or you find a fantastic deal.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, just a quick stroll from Central Park. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day out. The service was top-notch, with staff that genuinely cared about our experience. The location was ideal for exploring the city, making it easy to reach major attractions. On the downside, we did notice some road noise, but that's to be expected in Manhattan. Overall, great value for money on this trip!
